I think it is good for learners to listen to songs on their way to work and home. It is also good for them to sing sngs in English understanding the meaning of songs. It will be easy for them to master English by listening songs in English all the time. They will understand English spoken by native speakers easily.
14: What tips and advice do you have for learners who work full-time?
They have to study English in very little time. I think they study English on their way to work and home. For example, it is good for them to learn English words on the train. On the train, it is quiet so they can learn it. If it is noisy, they can listen to English through their earphone. Actually, I learned English words and ability of listening to English on the train last year. I think this method is very effective.
I have a same opinion with you. I think listen to song is good idea, too.
