2. I can think of other areas of business that operate solely or mostly in English are not only the special business (cabin attendant, station employee and so on), but also general officers. In fact, they usually speak English in some large offices. So I think that English is important and necessary anywhere.
14. I advice for learners who work full-time that they try to listen to the music in English. As they can do it in going to their office, they can do it everyday and last it for a long time. Specially, people who like music can enjoy studying English. I think that the better we enjoy studying English, the earlier we can become to speak it, so I recmmend the way.
